I would highly recommend this infrared sauna blanket. It seems well made and it is stylish enough to leave out for regular usage. It’s hot after 10 minutes if you use 7 or 8. The sauna blanket inserts are a must. I have a rotation of two for my daily saunas. Personally, as I have leukaemia, I am using before wearing compression clothing and prior to my HBOT chamber as I believe it softens the cell membrane which can then be permeated with more oxygen, thus creating more internal energy and healing from the inside.

So happy with this infrared sauna. It detoxes your body so well, highly recommend it .

Good for short people but if you are 194 cm not great.

I love it. It is a great option for those who wants the benefits of infrared sauna at home without having a possibility of installing one. But I have to agree with another review where they mention that it is rather short and not particularly comfortable for the feet. I am 173cm and have shoe size 39. After halve an hour it does become uncomfortable. I think it would have been better if it had a shape of a shopping 🛍 bag - in that case there would be space for feet being right up in their natural position. And would still be easy to fold. Do dry brush before for better result or work out. Important to use it after the pool (first shower with soep) - I was shocked how much my body still smelled of chlorine after the sauna.

The higher dose sauna blanket is perfect for relaxing my aching muscle's. I’ve been using twice a week and my circulation has improved & I feel so energised after a cool shower following the 50 minutes in the blanket.
